Est. 2019 · Small-batch golf goods
Clothes for people who think five hours is a perfectly reasonable way to spend an afternoon. Around here, slow play isn’t a penalty — it’s rather the entire point.
Our crest. Drawn by hand, badly, on a scorecard in 2019.
Autumn / Winter — Batch No. 07
Eight pieces. Cut in small runs, in fabrics that were doing perfectly well before anyone invented moisture-wicking. Wear them for the round, then wear them to lunch.

When it’s gone, it’s genuinely gone.
Get told firstThe Society
It started with four people, one thoroughly average municipal course, and a shared suspicion that golf had got a little serious about itself.
We wanted clothes that could survive a wet November tee time and still look right at Sunday lunch — without anyone ever using the phrase “performance stretch technology” in our presence.
We are not fast. We have never been fast. We have, however, never once regretted the walk.
We cut two hundred of a thing and then we stop. If you missed it, you’ll survive — and something better is already on the table.
Weather, course conditions, your swing on the day. We make clothes for the round you actually get, not the one in the brochure.
No handicap requirement. No dress code enforcement. Nobody at the first tee quietly working out who you know.
Half of this is the walk in, the drink after, and the forty-minute argument about what happened on the fifth.
House Rules
Nine holes, nine local rules. Printed on the back of every order, ignored by roughly half our members.
| Hole | Yards | Par | The Local Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 402 | 4 | Phones stay in the bag. Whatever it is, it will keep. |
| 2 | 168 | 3 | An ace obliges you to buy a round. Aim accordingly. |
| 3 | 511 | 5 | Three practice swings maximum. We are, regrettably, counting. |
| 4 | 366 | 4 | Compliment one shot that isn’t your own. Mean it. |
| 5 | 429 | 4 | Anything inside the flagstick is good. Do not litigate. |
| 6 | 141 | 3 | Name the bird you can hear and play the next hole free. |
| 7 | 488 | 5 | No score talk. Talk about very nearly anything else. |
| 8 | 385 | 4 | Lost ball, lost cause. Drop, shrug, carry on. |
| 9 | 410 | 4 | Walk this one in. It’s four hundred yards, not a commute. |
| Out | 3,300 | 36 | Regroup at the halfway house. The toastie is mandatory. |
Rule ten, unwritten: if the group behind is genuinely quicker, wave them through and enjoy the extra five minutes.
Giving Back
Two per cent of every order goes to the courses without marketing budgets: municipal greens, community clubs, and junior memberships for kids whose families were never going to pay a joining fee.
No campaign, no ribbon, no landing page with a progress bar. It comes off the top, every order, and we publish where it went each January.
